SNSBCONSULTING can identify and facilitate contact with the person, company or institution appropriate to your project. When an institution is involved, we pay particular attention to the quality and level of responsibility of the contact being sought.

Our objective is to avoid having an important project rely solely on a personal relationship with no institutional continuity. Where possible and appropriate, we seek to identify a contact with the authority and competence required to address the project at the appropriate institutional level.

Private partners

We may also identify and introduce the client to one or more private partners who match the project’s objectives.

The parties remain free to :

• Continue or discontinue discussions
• Negotiate their terms
• Accept or reject a proposal
• Enter into a contract or not

Our principle
We are not simply looking for someone to contact. We are looking for the right person for the right project.

A mandate begins with an in-depth discussion with the client so that we fully understand what they wish to achieve.

Before accepting the mandate, we determine in particular :

• The objective
• The country concerned
• The business sector
• The relevant persons or institutions
• The actions to be undertaken
• The desired outcome
• The limits of our intervention
• The resources required
• The expected duration

Once the objectives and conditions have been clearly defined, a precise and unambiguous mandate is established.

Once the mission is accepted, the Firm works with :
Determination — diligence — professionalism — perseverance.
We deploy the agreed means to carry out the mission entrusted to us.
Where the outcome depends on an administration, institution, private partner or other third party, we cannot guarantee a decision that is beyond our authority.
